We are extremely pleased with the performance of Bio-One. My mother-in-law's house was beyond filthy because of a severe roach infestation and other unsanitary problems. Bio-One did a phenomenal job in deep cleaning her house and eliminating the contamination which was layered on and was absolutely everywhere. I am very impressed with the professionals from Bio-One. Not only were they professional, timely and reliable but they went the extra mile! They showed sympathy for her situation and really worked with us on reducing the total cost. They gave us a dicounted price from the very beginning. They also threw in some extra services for a discounted price as well as doing some extra cleaning that we had not even asked for.. free of cost! Thank you so much to Bio-One Jamil and his staff are very professional. I had them come out to give me a quote on sewage waste clean up underneath my house. Jamil was very informative on the job he would do for me. I had them complete the clean up and sanitize the problem area. In what was a very stressful and unenviable situation, Jamil and Dane came to help my family recover a crime scene. Obviously nobody in my family had ever dealt with these circumstances but Jamil was extremely professional, compassionate, and informative from the very first phone call he took of mine. He answered the multitude of questions I had and his kind demeanor throughout the process made this part of the traumatic situation much easier to navigate. He brought Dane to the job for the assessment and ultimately Dane was the technician who worked on our case with Jamil. Dane was also extremely professional and compassionate and took the task of doing some extra inspection into some other areas that we had not previously discussed in my original discussion with Jamil. Their thorough work and professionalism meant so much to me and my family during this time and we could not have been more grateful, not only for their stellar work but also in the respectful and sensitive way they treated us and this situation.

I had an incident a few days back where an individual residing with me became very ill and was throwing up blood. I had to call the paramedics but when this individual was in the hospital I was confused on how to clean up what was now a biohazard ☣️ mess. I contacted Jamil and he came to my house to provide me with an estimate for clean up. He was very professional and arrived with a mask and disposable booties to enter the house. When he was done I could not even tell that anything as crazy as what I’ve described had occurred. It really gave me peace of mind.

First Time: Very professional. Next day service. Cleaned out filthy vacated apartment. Texted me photos of completed job. Second time: Again very professional. Crew removed all furnishings, appliances, carpets and "hoarded "stuff" from 2300 sq. ft house plus garage.Then they cleaned and sanitized the house which rodents had taken over while it was vacant. Bio-one honored their bid even after some unexpected extras.
