Tony and the Bio-One of DC team are simply the best. Shoutout to Jermaine, DeAndre, and company. Under duress, I contacted Tony in the morning and he got my job scheduled for that very afternoon! Over the winter, the basement of the property was overrun with rodents. I had no idea who to call but after some googling, discovered Bio-One's stellar reviews. I am the caregiver for a 97-year-old woman that had a severe mold problem in her home. She hired Bio-one and is so happy with the results. Everyone was so professional, competent and compassionate, considering her age and the situation.. their two employees Jesus and Paulino were fantastic! Also, the two owners were always available to talk to and extremely knowledgeable as well as kind. I. I highly recommend this company!!!

I was a dunderhead and thew a package of mothballs into the attic to evict squirrels. It evicted the squirrels but came close to evicting me. I needed to have the mothballs removed from my attic or else move to a hotel. Matt Gregg took care of the problem within minutes. He arrived exactly on time, followed the instructions as to how to access my house from the alley, and greeted me with a smiling handshake, which in the era of Covid has become a luxury. The whole process took 30 minutes. Matt showed me the bucket of attic mothballs and answered my prayers, and believe me I was praying. Note to self: NEVER throw mothballs into the attic. Bio-One is a big company that usually does horrible jobs like crime scene cleanup, so I was incredibly lucky they had the time to restore my life in my house. Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness My Aunt has had a terrible issue with hoarding and after 7 years we finally were able to convince her to let someone deal with it. Mark and his Charity were phenomenal in dealing with her and understanding the challenges of dealing with someone who is dealing with a mental health issue.
